We keep cohorts small intentionally. Six to eight people means everyone gets real attention, real time, and real relationships. Not a course where you're a number.
Sonder has given me opportunities that have genuinely helped me grow as a creative. I've been able to work on projects like a Deliveroo spec campaign, build my portfolio, receive professional headshots and connect with talented people who are always willing to help and share advice. Sonder doesn't feel like a typical network, it feels like a group of people who are genuinely invested in each other's growth. If you’re past the dreaming stage and in the doing stage then yes. You don’t need a full portfolio or years of experience. You need ambition, a willingness to show up, and a clear sense of where you want to get to. That’s what we build from.
Not at all. Most people in the Sonder community are multi-dimensional. They are acting, modelling, music, content, sport or have other work on the side. If performing is a serious part of what you do and you’re actively working towards it, you belong here.
Each month centres around a shoot or session, supported by mentorship and community activity in between. It’s structured enough to keep you moving but flexible enough to fit around your life. You won’t be sitting in classrooms, you’ll be making work.
All shoots are based in London. Locations vary across the three months, we work with a range of studios and spaces depending on the theme and style of each session.
Community shoots are open and great for getting shots. Sonder Access is a structured progression. Three months, a small group, mentorship, a showreel, and a community platform keeping you connected in between. It’s the difference between a single session and a genuine step forward in your career.
We want to make sure it’s the right fit before either of us commits. The investment is covered transparently on the discovery call so no surprises. We’d rather have that conversation properly than have a number make the decision before you’ve got the full picture.
We understand this is a real investment. Payment options are something we can discuss on the call. We want the right people in the room and we’ll do what we can to make that work where possible.
Not being selected doesn't mean it's over. The Sonder community is still open to you through shoots and events, stay involved, keep building, and apply again when the next cohort opens.
