The Founding 50 laid the groundwork. A first wave of creatives and performers, who helped shape what Sonder is today. Through sessions, projects, and shared ideas, the foundation was built. Not just in structure, but in people.

Now, we move forward.

The Becoming phase is about growth with intention. Raising the standard, creating better work, and building a community that delivers real value in skills, portfolio, and opportunity.

We’re opening things up carefully. Bringing in the right people, testing new ideas, and pushing what Sonder can become. More focused sessions, stronger collaboration, and a network that continues to evolve.

Sonder is built for both established creatives and those just getting started. What matters most is your ability to apply yourself and your ambition to grow.

Sonder is based in London, so most of our early shoots and events happen here.

However, creativity and fitness isn’t limited to a city or country, and neither are we. Our community is growing internationally, with opportunities to connect and collaborate wherever you are.

Access is currently limited. You can join the waitlist or get involved through shoots, sessions, and collaborations.
